Preparation Start by heating the oil in a wok. Add your favorite fresh ingredients, previously cut into small pieces. Let it cook. Place the noodles directly in the wok and add 1 small cup of boiling water (=180ml) per noodle block. Cook without stirring, until the noodles separate. Then stir gently over high heat. For an al dente texture, cook for 6 minutes. Adjust seasoning, remove from heat, and serve immediately.
