Lapas are delicious as a light snack or as appetizer on a warm day with a nice glass of white wine or a coral beer (Beer made in Madeira).

These distinctive mussels are grown in the nutrient rich waters around New Zealand. They're utterly delicious and their distinctive green shells give them a great look on the plate.
