Porto Soalheira Decanter 10 Years is a wine with a light tawny colour. With typical aromas of aging in wood and very present fruit notes. Soft and with a sweet and persistent finish.
Decanter Borges Porto Tawny is produced using the traditional Port wine method. It is the result of a blend of the best batches of Port wine aged in oak barrels with an average age of 6 years, produced from Touriga-Franca, Touriga-Nacional, Tinta-Barroca, Tinto-Cão and Tinta-Roriz do Vale of the Douro.
Since 1884, Borges has taken on the challenge of producing exceptional Porto wines. The vintage 1982 is an expressive and complex port from the Douro region. Obtained from a single exceptional vintage from selected vineyards and carefully selected fully ripe grapes, with a deep colour.
Made from the Touriga-Nacional, Touriga-Franca and Tinta-Roriz grape varieties from Quinta da Soalheira and aged for a minimum of 2 years in barrels, produces only the best years and can be kept for decades
Malmsey or Malvazia to give it’s Madeiran name is the wine that Madeira is most famous for and is a dark rich sweet wine, with a musky fragrant nose, this is a very sweet wine that lingers on the palate. Malmsey has vanilla notes, along with molasses, walnuts and caramel.
This wine offers aromas of prunes and saddle leather with subtle hints of caramel. Rich and mouth-coating, it shows delicate toasty flavors from oxidation, leading to a finish of dried peaches.
The Pacheca 40 Years Tawny Port impresses with its amber color and intense aroma of raisins and caramel. All this with a persistence and continuity that only very old port wine can achieve.
