Suggested use:
Pour 250ml of hot water or milk into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons (30g) of Condi oat flakes, and mix.
Sweeten to taste. (preferable with honey), If you prefer, you can also add fresh or dried fruit.
Condi oat flakes can also be added to yogurt.
