1) Without prior defrosting, pierce the film with the fork at one end.

2) Microwave for 8 minutes at 700 W.

3) Remove the film and it is ready to serve.

Note 1 : The preparation time may vary depending on the type of microwave used. For greater potency, shorten the preparation time.

Note 2: Once defrosted, do not refreeze and consume within a maximum period of 24 hours.
