1. Dissolve the Neutral Gelatin Powder in cold water and mix well until a paste forms. (See the quantities in the table below). 2. Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds (without boiling). 3. Stir the gelatin to cool slightly before adding it to the mixture. 4. Add it to your recipe in a thin stream and stir.
