50 Years Old Tawny Port is an exceptional wine resulting from a blend of Ports that have aged in 550 liter casks over many years in the fresh warehouse of Quinta da Pacheca. During aging, the wine transforms its red color into various shades of amber, brownish, with greenish hints when the wine is very old. The sugar concentration increases and the acidity due to esterification phenomena and also gives origin to an acidity that we call vinagrinho.
