At the beginning of the 1950s, Mr. Henry de Renaudin, a renowned French winemaker from the city of Beaune, and a consultant for Aliança Wines Company, found that the wines from this region had excellent potential for the production of red sparkling wine, such as his own. This is a Sparkling wine produced using the Baga and Tinta Roriz grape varieties. Aged for 24 months in bottle.
