Produced in the Alentejo region from 100% Portuguese fresh fruit, it gets its intense colour and magic from the flower of "Clitoria Ternatea" or Blue Pea. When it is served with tonic water, its intense blue colour changes into a soft pink.

Tasting Notes	In Sharish Blue Magic we are able to find strawberry, fresh raspberries, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon, angelica root, ginger, licorice, coriander seed and juniper. The only difference from the regular Sharish is the flower of the name Clitoria Ternatea that provides the Gin with its blue hue without the need of any artificial coloring. According to the producer this Gin has a “magical touch”. When tonic water is added and both liquids are mixed it will transform into a light pink hue.
