Our sweet and succulent crevettes (or whole, cooked prawns, in case you were wondering), are farmed in the warm waters of Ecuador. They are cooked but left whole to lock in moisture and flavour. Try them with a pinch of lemon juice, salt and pepper on their own, or as part of a seafood platter.
