It was made in traditional open stone tanks “lagares” and trodden by foot and had a stage 3 months in French oak barrels, with Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Francesa and Tinta Barroca.

It was done in stainless steel vats with temperature control of fermentation, with grape Malvasia Fina, Cerceal, Gouveio and Moscatel

This wine is obtained from grapes of Viosinho and Moscatel Galego Branco varietals originated from several plots of vineyard planted at 140 meters of altitude.

This wine offers aromas of prunes and saddle leather with subtle hints of caramel. Rich and mouth-coating, it shows delicate toasty flavors from oxidation, leading to a finish of dried peaches.

The Pacheca 40 Years Tawny Port impresses with its amber color and intense aroma of raisins and caramel. All this with a persistence and continuity that only very old port wine can achieve.

Pacheca Tawny Port is a wine resulting from a blend of different Port wines aged 3 to 4 years, which gives it freshness and joviality, and with 7 to 8 years which gives it some maturity and oxidative aromas. Its young red color was transformed into orangish tones by the oxidative aging in oak casks.

Pacheca White Port is a wine made from a blend of white wine lots that have aged for about 6 years in the Quinta da Pacheca warehouse. These wines are attained by fermentation off skins process which was interrupted by the addition of brandy leaving the wine with an important residual sugar content.

Born in Lisbon, he soon established links with Évora and Alentejo, where the family had an extensive heritage.
