During the second fermentation, the bubbles integrate naturally, enhancing the wine’s elegance. It accompanies celebratory moments with ease and natural charm.

Aged In new French and Hungarian oak half barrels for a period of 12 months. The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected in a sorting table, followed by foot treading in marble lagares. The fermentation ends in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
