This Borges Soalheira Vintage Port 2012 is produced with grapes from the Quinta that gives it its name and signed by the responsible oenologist of SVB, José Maria Machado. It presents an intense and dark ruby color, on the nose the presence of black fruits such as blackberries and ripe black plums is intense. It has a floral aroma, with hints of violets and a fresh, resinous sensation like mint and eucalyptus.

Borges Soalheira 10 Year Old White Port presents a golden clear, crystalline appearance. It is an extremely aromatic 10 year old white Port, with intense aromas of fruit jam, dried fruits, and wood aromas. It presents citrus notes, together with marmalade jam and balanced acidity.

The grapes are gently pressed on arrival at the winery and only the free-run must is used, which is clarified by flotation. Fermentation is then begun at controlled temperatures between 16 - 18ºC. When alcoholic fermentation is complete the wine ages on the fine lees for 4 months, after which it is blended and prepared for bottling. Vineyards Located in Herdade do Moinho Branco in the Vidigueira sub-region, planted between 170m and 190m in mica-schist soils, aged between 15 and 50 years. After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made at the choosing table.

"Invisivel" White Wine is made entirely from red grapes. A selection of the best grapes of Aragonez, and night harvest (Moon Harvest), originated this wine – Invisível (Invisible). The must is transported in refrigerated truck to the winery. Then, is driven by gravity into the cold chamber, where it remains to decant for 24 hours at low temperatures. After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and the fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 12 º C for 15 days.

Young and attractive, this wine presents a dark red colour and aromas of currants, red plums and some spices. It is velvety, with a balanced acidity and soft tannins.
