In the fields of Campo Maior, the vines grow, giving rise to wines with a fresh and showy character. It was in this undulating back of Alentejo where Arch. Siza Vieira brought the unmistakable trace of this winery. So the landscape is designed, so the wines that make this Adega Mayor are designed. Removed without crushing, fermentation in stainless steel deposits at 25ºC and daily return. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where the wine remained for 18 months. Aged for 12 months in bottle before going to the market.

Cabriz is one of the most well-known wineries of DÃO region, with more than 200 years of history. It was made in traditional open stone tanks “lagares” and trodden by foot and had a stage 3 months in French oak barrels, with Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Francesa and Tinta Barroca.
Titular Colheita is a young, elegant red wine from the Dão wine region. Displaying aromas of young red fruit, it is crystal clear with aromas of cherry, blackberries and plum mixed with delicate floral notes and soft hints of resin and cistus. It is a red wine that presents soft, balanced tannins and acidity very well integrated into its fruity core.
VINIFICATION: Destemming and crushing; fermentation with use of selected yeasts, control temperature and slight remontage. Post fermentation maceration for approximately 3 weeks
This wine is obtained from grapes of the Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional varieties that come from vineyards planted in Quinta da Pacheca with around 40 years old.
The vines over 20 years implanted in clay-limestone soils in the Lisbon region are the origin of this wine. Reserva da Amizade Fado has won a Gold medal at Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition 2023 - Spain
A blend of highly characterful varieties, typical of the Dão region, which give rise to a wine with fresh aromas and fruit, where a slight aging of part of the wines that make up the blend in French oak barrels added body, presence and complexity , without compromising the traditional elegance and smoothness that are the hallmark of reds in this region.

Behind Adega Cartuxa [Cartuxa Winery] is a great family, the Eugénio de Almeida family. Let’s go back to 1913, the year Vasco Maria was born into one of the most influential families of the 19th century. Born in Lisbon, he soon established links with Évora and Alentejo, where the family had an extensive heritage. Vasco Maria always considered people to be the most valuable variable on the basis of which he organised all his efforts. These included revitalising winemaking and planting a vast area of olive groves just a few kilometres from Évora, which resulted in the wines and olive oils produced to this day.
This wine is exclusively obtained from the grape variety of Touriga Nacional from a 32 years old parcel installed at 140 meters of altitude. It has a very concentrated flavour with balsamic oak notes, red fruit and bergamont aroma. Feels like a BORDEUX Wine
Pacheca Vale de Abraão Colheita Seleccionada is a wine obtained from grapes of the Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional varieties from Quinta de Vale de Abraão, from vineyards in the Pinhão River Valley and from vineyards in the Vilariça Valley.
A potent, elegant and smooth wine, with firm tannins and a great persistent finish Vinhas do Jeremias Red Wine shows enormous aromatic concentration with mineral highlights, spices and some notes of bitter chocolate and ripe fruits.
