Frozen product, store at -18ºC. Once thawed, do not refreeze. After thawing, store at 0 to 4°C, consume within 4 days. Thaw between 0 and 4ºC approximately for 4 to 6 hours and serve.

Then beat at maximum speed until you get the desired texture. Pour the mousse into the desire containers and place in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
