Galitos revisits the figure of the legendry cockerel, who recently became famous in Barcelos, but has always been an important image in Portuguese culture. This figure embodies the memory of an extremely ancient cult, possibly of Celtic origin. The cockerel is the animal that announces the daybreak and sunrise, portraying the victory of light over the night and darkness. Thus, the cockerel symbolises goodness and as a protective figure, decorates church weathervanes, as gargoyles did in medieval times, protecting the north facing doors, on the shadier side.

Vineyards planted in crato a small town in the sub-region of Portalegre near the São Mamede Mountain.

"Invisivel" White Wine is made entirely from red grapes. A selection of the best grapes of Aragonez, and night harvest (Moon Harvest), originated this wine – Invisível (Invisible). The must is transported in refrigerated truck to the winery. Then, is driven by gravity into the cold chamber, where it remains to decant for 24 hours at low temperatures. After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and the fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 12 º C for 15 days.
