In the fields of Campo Maior, the vines grow, giving rise to wines with a fresh and showy character. It was in this undulating back of Alentejo where Arch. Siza Vieira brought the unmistakable trace of this winery. So the landscape is designed, so the wines that make this Adega Mayor are designed. Removed without crushing, fermentation in stainless steel deposits at 25ºC and daily return. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where the wine remained for 18 months. Aged for 12 months in bottle before going to the market.

Aged for 9 months in American and French oak barrels.

This white wine is aromatic, with tropical fruit nuances, fresh and soft. It should be served fresh and goes well with fish and seafood dishes.
